Your firm has the tech. It’s missing this.
PropFrame runs on top of the platform you already have, and gives your traders a portal they stay in: community, giveaways, competitions, and an affiliate program that pays them to bring the next trader. Not a Discord server you don’t own.
The trader portal
apps/dashboard
Where a funded trader lives.
From the first evaluation to the eighth payout. Every rule the firm sets shows up as state the trader can see, not a PDF they have to trust.
Objectives, not paperwork
Profit target, drawdown, consistency, minimum trading days. Every rule the firm sets is rendered as live state against the account, with the exact distance left to each one.
Payouts with the math in the open
The split, the reward cap, every eligibility gate. The trader reads the same numbers staff approve against, which is most of support handled before it starts.
A community the firm owns outright: channels, roles, polls, reactions, streams, drops, and a celebration in the feed the moment somebody passes. No third-party server, no data walking out the door.
The affiliate program
apps/dashboard + apps/admin
Your traders sell it for you.
The cheapest trader a firm ever acquires is the one another trader brought in. This is that whole channel: the portal the affiliate lives in, the ladder that moves them up it, the commission ledger underneath both, and the queue the firm pays it out from.
One panel: what they have earned, what is clear to withdraw, the code, and the two links that earn it. The tier ring underneath is the distance to the next rung, in the metric that is actually binding.
The same program from the other side. Attributed revenue against commission cost gives the effective rate the channel is really costing, and the liability is split into what is still clearing and what is withdrawable today, so the firm knows what it owes before anyone asks for it.
The staff console
apps/admin
And what it takes to run it.
The affiliate queues above are two screens of a much larger console. Everything the trader portal promises has an operational surface behind it, and this is that surface: eighty-nine screens of it, built the same week as the trader screens they answer to.
A home board each staff member arranges themselves, drawing on finance, accounts, affiliates, scheduled jobs, the community and the catalog. Role decides which widgets exist at all.
Payout approvals: the queue, the account each request came from, and the split math staff sign off against. The trader saw these same numbers before they asked.
Every account, in one table
Phase, rules, drawdown state, the trader behind it. Filterable, sortable, exportable, and reading from exactly the same rule tables the trader's view does, so the two can never disagree.
How it works
It sits on top of what you run.
Keep your prop tech
Nothing in PropFrame matches orders, holds positions or owns trading data. It reads from whatever platform the firm already runs.
Your data stays yours
The firm keeps its platform, its providers and its database. PropFrame is the product layer on top, not a replacement for any of them.
Built from a live platform
This is a rebuild of a system that ran a real prop firm in production, with every vendor and every real trader stripped out of it.
Whether that fits what you already run is a ten minute conversation, not a discovery call.
For prop techs
White-label, twice over
Or ship it inside your platform.
If you build the platform prop firms run on, this is the layer your customers bolt a Discord onto because you don’t ship it. PropFrame integrates against your API once and becomes your module: the portal, the community, the competitions and the affiliate program, sold under your brand to every firm on your book.
One integration, every tenant
It reads from your API the same way it reads from a firm's stack today. Wire it up once and any firm on your book can switch it on, skinned as their own.
A price tier, not a roadmap
Your firms already ask you for retention and referral tooling. This puts community, competitions and an affiliate program on your pricing page without the year of building them.
Never your competitor
The engine stays yours: no matching, no positions, no trading data, and no billing your firms behind your back. You stay the system of record; this stays your layer on top.
Pick “Prop tech platform or vendor” in the form and it lands in the same inbox.
Try it
Read-only
Sign in and look around.
The demo runs on seeded data and writes nothing. Every action button stays live and opens a short panel explaining what it would do in production, which makes the whole product its own documentation.
Or skip the tour and tell me what you are running now.
Who built this
Ales Martan.
I am a creative developer. PropFrame is a rebuild of a platform I built and ran in production for a live futures prop firm, with every vendor, every real trader and every secret taken out of it. Design through frontend through backend, one pair of hands.
If you want this frame around your own prop tech, say so. If you want work of this shape on something that has nothing to do with prop firms, that is the same conversation. More of what I have built is at alesm.dev.

Tell me about your firm.
The three dropdowns exist so my first reply is worth reading. Tell me where the firm is, what it runs on today and what this is worth to you, and I will come back with something specific instead of a calendar link.
On the prop tech side? Same form: pick “Prop tech platform or vendor” and tell me what your firms keep asking you for.
Neither? Send it anyway. Work of this shape on something else entirely is the same conversation.
